I started in 2009 at Oracle Financial Services, building core-banking integrations with Oracle SOA, OSB and ODI. Since 2014 I've been at Birlasoft, growing from consultant to solution architect. Today I lead the middleware and BPM tower for a Fortune 500 energy-sector client.
Most of my work is modernization: moving 300+ legacy SOA and OSB integrations to Boomi, cutting licensing costs, connecting three ERPs to 50+ systems, and taking e-invoicing live in six countries. I care about integrations that are still simple to support years after go-live.
I also build AI agents and MCP tools that connect models to real APIs and data, and write about them here. It keeps me hands-on with where software is heading.

A large estate of legacy Oracle SOA and OSB integrations was carrying growing technical debt and licensing costs.
The legacy SOA estate was retired, cutting technical debt and licensing costs.
Every SOAP service called through its own Boomi connector added to the connector licence count, so licence spend grew with each new endpoint across a large integration estate.
